"I had total knee replacement 6 weeks ago. Nick is my physical therapist and I am so grateful to get to work with him. He is extremely knowledgeable, asks great questions and listens to my responses. He then determines the therapy we will use and explains why. At 6 weeks post op I am walking great with no limp or pain, I can go up and down stairs and do everything and more than I could before. I also am doing strength and flexibility exercises at home that Nick has mapped out for me. I feel great and cannot say enough great things about Nick, Mark (the PT assistant) and everyone who works at No Limits. It is a great environment and everyone seems happy to be there and to be helping people heal."
