Dr. Ken Bush
PT, DPT
CEO, Physical Therapist
I grew up in Central New York and earned my doctorate from Ithaca College. I moved to Colorado because I love the mountains and the outdoors. I worked for three different companies, where I gained extensive experience working with an active patient population, including professional and Olympic-level athletes. I was also published on the topic of knee injuries through collaborating with other professionals in the field. Throughout my career, before starting No Limits, I have always had a passion for working alongside other professionals to provide the best treatments possible for my patients.
After earning my doctorate, I went on to study multiple topics including, but not limited to, spinal manipulation, dry needling, custom orthotic fitting, bicycle fitting, nutrition, and the use of Pilates in PT.
Core Values
Leadership: I believe in leading myself well to be an example for my kids and others.
Servitude: The idea of leading myself well is balanced by giving of myself to help and serve others.
Integrity: Who I am in the clinic is the same person my kids see at home and others see in the community.
Excellence: Every day, I want to be a better person than I was the day before.
Favorite QUOTE
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” – Marianne Williamson
Care, Community & Growth
This role is centered on helping patients overcome obstacles that limit their quality of life while supporting them in achieving their highest level of function. Responsibilities include holding the organization accountable to its core values, continuously improving care for the community, and strengthening relationships with local providers, organizations, police departments, and high schools. In addition to leadership and community outreach, there is a strong passion for treating patients with a wide variety of conditions, with the primary focus being to help each individual improve their quality of life beyond their current limitations. What stands out most about working here is the team culture—an environment built on hard work, laughter, and a shared commitment to serving a motivated community that values health and growth.

My best non-working day would be spending time in nature with people I love. I enjoy mountain climbing, road and mountain biking, skiing, camping, and backpacking. I love spending time with my kids and wife, simply doing life together.
