Dr. Ken Bush
DPT
Owner, Physical Therapist
Dr. Ken grew up in central New York and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College. He later moved to Colorado, drawn to the mountains and an active outdoor lifestyle.
Throughout his career, he has worked across several settings, gaining extensive experience with active populations, including professional and Olympic-level athletes. His work has also included collaboration with other healthcare professionals, contributing to published research on knee injury rehabilitation.
After completing his doctorate, Dr. Ken pursued continuing education in a variety of clinical and performance-focused areas, including spinal manipulation, dry needling, custom orthotic fitting, bicycle fitting, nutrition, and the use of Pilates in physical therapy.
Across all aspects of his work, he is focused on helping patients overcome barriers that limit their quality of life and guiding them toward improved function, independence, and confidence in movement.
He also plays an active role in building relationships within the broader community, including partnerships with local providers, organizations, police departments, and high schools.
Conditions Dr. Ken Enjoys Treating
Dr. Ken enjoys working with a wide range of patients, particularly those with active lifestyles and performance goals. He is especially experienced in supporting individuals who are recovering from injuries or working to return to higher levels of activity, including athletic populations.
Rather than focusing on a single condition or category, he values the variety of challenges patients bring and the opportunity to help each person progress toward improved movement and function.
Why Dr. Ken Loves Working at No Limits PT
Dr. Ken values the collaborative environment and the opportunity to work alongside a team that is both dedicated and supportive. He appreciates a culture where hard work and a sense of humor coexist, and where patients are motivated to actively participate in their care.
He is also energized by the community surrounding the clinic—individuals who are committed to improving their health and staying active in their daily lives.
Core Values
- Leadership: I believe in leading myself well to be an example for my kids and others.
- Servitude: The idea of leading myself well is balanced by giving of myself to help and serve others.
- Integrity: Who I am in the clinic is the same person my kids see at home, and others see in the community.
- Excellence: Every day, I want to be a better person than I was the day before.
Favorite QUOTE
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
