I am a Staff Physical Therapist at No Limits PT.

Conditions I enjoy treating are Shoulder and knee pathologies. I also really enjoy seeing weight lifters and endurance athletes, especially runners.

I love working at No Limits PT because of how everyone here genuinely cares about one another as people. We’re always trying to help each other grow and improve.

What is Dr. Jeff’s Favorites?

When I’m not working, I like Running, hiking, biking, skiing, stand up paddle boarding and exploring all Colorado has to offer with my wife, son, and golden retriever.

"Jeff, my therapist, is outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and results-focused. He quickly identified my issue, gave me a clear plan, and helped me feel confident moving forward with my weight training goals. Highly recommend!"

"My therapist, Jeff Spraker, was incredible from day one through my almost 4 mos of PT. All my PT was tailored to my situation and not just off the spinal surgery PT menu. He was always very thorough in his explanation of my exercises and adjusted them to keep me moving forward throughout my time there. I'm back playing pickleball and riding my bike, things I haven't been able to do for a long time"

"I had my knee replaced last fall and worked with No Limits Physical Therapy to rehab it. Most of my time has been with Jeff Spraker who has been everything I could have asked. He is supportive, incredibly knowledgeable, and always has another exercise we can try :). He asks questions and listens to my answers and then adjusts what we do."
