Breea grew up in northeastern Pennsylvania and earned a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Ithaca College. After graduating, she moved to Colorado, where she worked as an Occupational Therapist in the school system, collaborating with a variety of medical providers to support children in achieving their goals.

She has since transitioned away from clinical OT practice and now works with both No Limits and Plum Creek Church, overseeing multiple aspects of operations across both organizations. In her work, she brings experience in leading teams of medical professionals and developing systems that help create more organized and effective working environments.

One area Breea is especially interested in improving is helping patients better understand the insurance claims process and reducing the confusion that often comes with it.

Currently, she oversees human resources and operations for the company and enjoys contributing to the day-to-day functioning and long-term growth of the organization.
