“I must be willing to give up what I am in order to become what I will be.” – Albert Einstein

“Do to others as you would have them do to you.” – Jesus

I have a special interest in helping people who are struggling with pain, whether it is acute or chronic. I find it very rewarding when people can return to activities they enjoy as a result of their participation in physical therapy, and I consider it a privilege to play a part in their recovery.

I am a staff physical therapist. I utilize a variety of treatment techniques to facilitate healing and restored movement of the body including gentle fascial work, cranio-sacral therapy, trigger point dry needling, relaxation and mindfulness techniques, and I prescribe and guide people through customized therapeutic exercises. As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and with a certification in Lifestyle Medicine, I integrate a coaching style of communication into my physical therapy practice. I use a holistic treatment approach, considering physical health as well as people’s attitudes and beliefs around their condition, to optimize recovery and well-being.

I love the culture of No Limits. The No Limits team is made up of people who are caring, compassionate, hard-working, and committed to providing high quality care.

"I have worked with both Jamie Archuletta and Julie Bobbitt on separate occasions for shoulder injuries I had sustained at the gym while lifting weights. Thanks to them, my shoulders have healed and I was finally able to perform my workout routine again. I found both Jamie and Julie to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I always looked forward to my weekly PT sessions. I highly recommend No Limits PT to anyone who needs physical therapy."

"Julie is a very gifted PT. Anytime I blow out my back she get's me back on track in one session. Always with a smile on her face and a caring set of hands. I highly recommend that you book with Julie."
