Dr. Samantha Kotz

DPT

Clinic Director, Physical Therapist

Originally from Iowa. Got DPT from Des Moines University. Played soccer from a young age through college and experienced physical therapy multiple times due to knee injuries and decided I wanted to grow and develop the profession to focus on individualized care.

DPT for 9 years with a background in athletic training, but has spent 9 years in private, outpatient orthopedics. I like an integrative approach to treating patients, utilizing multiple techniques including dry needling, cupping, and manual therapy techniques.

Core Values

I strive to lead with integrity in all areas of my life—whether in my professional roles, in the community, or at home. Over the years, I’ve grown as a leader by staying open to learning, embracing challenges, and leading by example. My commitment to exercise and health is not just about physical well-being; it’s a way of life that fuels my energy, resilience, and ability to care for others. As a mother, I aim to model strength, balance, and compassion—showing my children that growth comes from consistency, purpose, and heart.

QUOTE

“Act as if what you do makes a difference. It does.” — William James

As the clinic director I manage all day-to-day functions. As a clinician I specialize in pelvic health (all ages and genders) but I enjoy working with all populations, including people with headaches and neck pain, the weekend warrior, and anybody who simply wants to be healthier.

Conditions I enjoy threating are Pelvic health conditions, neck pain, headaches, knee pain, ankles injuries.

I love working at No Limits PT because I feel cared for and valued as an employee. I love treating patients one-on-one and actually caring for the patient instead of worrying about productivity or making money. Working at No Limits is like working with family and friends.

"THANKS NO LIMITS! NOW I CAN KEEP UP WITH MY GRANDKIDS AGAIN. What a great place No Limits is if you need physical therapy. It took 10 months of hard work, but Samantha cheerfully and successfully facilitated the healing and strengthening of my inflamed gluteus medius followed by rehabbing a second total knee replacement. Those parts of me feel like they belong to a ten-year-old now, and I am so happy. Go Grandma! Samantha also gifted me with her overall expertise and experience by suggesting “forever” exercises and behaviors that will enhance my body movement for the rest of my life. I appreciate that the owner, Ken, whose reputation precedes him, was in the background observing throughout my treatment and occasionally got involved in a low-profile way, such as encouraging meditation and telling me where to source it during this painful journey. No Limits is a place apart, a friendly small shop with a homey atmosphere. I think any person who needs PT would benefit from considering the quality they offer."

"I have completed my therapy and my shoulder and entire upper body is feeling and functioning great! Thank you Sam! You are amazing!"

"I’m so pleased with the results I’ve gotten at No Limits Physical Therapy. Sam has been wonderful to work with—she truly listens and always finds the next best exercise to help me progress. We’ve worked on both hip pain and rotator cuff issues, and I’ve seen real improvement in both areas. I’m grateful for her expertise and care!"
