Dr. Ryan Martin

Physical Therapist

Dr. Ryan is a Colorado native who grew up in Douglas County. Before pursuing physical therapy, he served as a combat medic in the U.S. Army, an experience that shaped his approach to patient care and clinical decision-making. He later went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.

He has experience treating a wide range of outpatient conditions and diagnoses, including joint pain, traumatic injuries, neurologic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and return-to-sport cases.

One of his goals in practice is to help patients address chronic pain early, with the aim of reducing unnecessary surgical interventions when possible.

"THANKS NO LIMITS! NOW I CAN KEEP UP WITH MY GRANDKIDS AGAIN. What a great place No Limits is if you need physical therapy. It took 10 months of hard work, but Samantha cheerfully and successfully facilitated the healing and strengthening of my inflamed gluteus medius followed by rehabbing a second total knee replacement. Those parts of me feel like they belong to a ten-year-old now, and I am so happy. Go Grandma! Samantha also gifted me with her overall expertise and experience by suggesting “forever” exercises and behaviors that will enhance my body movement for the rest of my life. I appreciate that the owner, Ken, whose reputation precedes him, was in the background observing throughout my treatment and occasionally got involved in a low-profile way, such as encouraging meditation and telling me where to source it during this painful journey. No Limits is a place apart, a friendly small shop with a homey atmosphere. I think any person who needs PT would benefit from considering the quality they offer."

"I have completed my therapy and my shoulder and entire upper body is feeling and functioning great! Thank you Sam! You are amazing!"

"I’m so pleased with the results I’ve gotten at No Limits Physical Therapy. Sam has been wonderful to work with—she truly listens and always finds the next best exercise to help me progress. We’ve worked on both hip pain and rotator cuff issues, and I’ve seen real improvement in both areas. I’m grateful for her expertise and care!"
